Graduation!

As I said in my previous post, kindergarten graduation was last week (Wednesday, the 29th)! It was very hectic but it went really well. Luckily, my class graduated in the morning (three classes graduated in the afternoon). They were SO hyper all morning, I can't imagine putting up with them until an afternoon graduation! Each individual class had different costumes; mine were black and gold little outfits and personally I thought they were the best of the 3 classes. I took some pictures of how intense this was and will put them up soon on my photobucket link. They did look really adorable though! So after the kids did their speeches and all the classes did their songs, it was the teachers turn to say something while our classes changed into their graduation caps and gowns. We had to say a few sentences about each kid and I of course cried while saying mine as well. Even though I'll be my kids first grade teacher too, it's still weird saying bye to them from kindergarten!

With all the hard work and preparation graduation took, I was glad it was over. The rest of the day flew by as the last day with all my classes, then that night we had our staff party which was really fun. We went out for Korean barbeque and then just went to a bar afterwards with everyone.

Thursday, Rachel, Christine and I headed off to Jeju which I will write in a different post. I'm pretty tired and need to get some sleep! :)

I'll put more pictures up soon, but here's a preview of graduation!
